Emma Shelton-Smith

Emma is a highly experienced executive coach, trainer and facilitator with extensive experience working with businesses of all sizes – from founder-led start-ups to global networks – across industries such as marketing, tech, and professional services. She supports leaders and teams around the world, including in Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Emma’s career began in senior client-facing roles within the marketing communications industry. She then transitioned to People and Operations Director at board level before setting up Slipstream in 2011. A qualified personal performance coach, executive coach, and small business coach, she is also an NLP Master Practitioner and a licensed practitioner of Insights Discovery.

Carole Lowe

Carole is a highly experienced professional coach, having worked with the UK’s most forward-thinking brands. She has led and encouraged inventive thinkers in the UK & US to achieve their best-performing work and served on the boards of several major international advertising agencies. Carole is an NLP master practitioner and business mediator and now specialises in coaching people to create and action new thinking for themselves and their organisations.
