Insights® Discovery
Self-awareness is one of the most important skills for leaders to cultivate. Slipstream uses the Insights Discovery system to help clients build a better understanding of themselves, their working style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team.
Insights Discovery uses a simple, four-colour model rooted in Carl Jung’s psychology. It's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies which determines how and why people behave the way they do. By understanding their unique colour energy profile, we find clients lead with greater impact, communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts more successfully, and optimise the contributions of their teams.
We offer clients the opportunity to include Insights Discovery as part of their coaching programme. We also offer it to intact teams, either to enhance the effectiveness of leadership teams or as team-building workshops.
