Leadership coaching

Coaching sits at the heart of Slipstream's offering. As highly-experienced coaches, we are proud to have supported hundreds of leaders, managers and high-performing individuals, both in the UK and internationally. We offer a variety of coaching interventions, including a six-month leadership coaching programme, monthly retained coaching, and ongoing coaching support for CEOs and MDs.

Executive leadership coaching

All too frequently C-Suite leaders tell us that they are so busy working in the business, they rarely have time to work on the business. Rarer still is the opportunity for them to consider their own development and priorities as a leader. We offer one-to-one coaching specifically with these executive leaders in mind, giving them access to a highly-skilled and confidential sounding board to clarify their leadership challenges and help them take effective action.

Emerging leaders coaching

We support emerging leaders and rising stars with a highly personalised blend of coaching, mentoring and best-practice leadership development.  Through a combination of 360 feedback and intensive coaching, we give each leader a fully-rounded view of their current strengths, gaps and leadership impact and work together to align their personal development with the agency’s business objectives. With a strong focus on ROI whilst maintaining confidentiality, we ensure behaviours are evidenced at the end.

Retained coaching 

Whilst few people would challenge the value of coaching for leaders and high potential talent, the associated costs can mean providing it for more than a handful of executives becomes prohibitively expensive. With that in mind, we have developed a retained coaching model which allows clients to provide access to a highly-skilled coach for a fraction of the usual cost.

  • This provides the client with the option of four x 90-minute coaching sessions, or six x 1-hour coaching sessions each month.
  • Within the minimum one-year term, there is the option of one cohort (12 sessions each), two cohorts (6 sessions each) or three cohorts (4 sessions each).
  • All coaching sessions take place on the same day each month.
  • For ease and consistency, coachees are offered the same time of day each month and all sessions are booked into their diary in advance.
  • Pre-work, contracting in and post-coaching evaluation are all accommodated within this retained model.
