Our highly-interactive training equips leaders and managers with the skills, tools and confidence they need for today's world.

We design and deliver bespoke training - from one-off workshops through to comprehensive programmes - that engage, develop and empower leaders and managers.  We don't believe in 'off-the-shelf' training. Content is tailored to reflect the ambition, culture and leadership behaviours of our client's business. We bring our own extensive experience of managing and leading into the room, along with a wealth of theory and practical tools, to facilitate lively and interactive training that drives real behavioural change back in the business.

  • Becoming a Leader A comprehensive, eight-module programme aimed at developing high-potential talent moving into leadership roles. Group training was interspersed with one-to one coaching.
  • The Management Academy A six-module programme covering the main aspects of team management: What it means to be a manager; The components of a high-performing team; Developing talent; Motivational management; Coaching for performance; and The art of managing upwards.
  • An Introduction to People Management A three-day, intensive programme for new managers covering the essential skills required when moving from an individual contributor to a people manager.
